Visitors to the Munich-Riem S-Bahn station can now easily order food and non-food products and pay contactlessly via large ordering terminals in the ‘Space Station’ lounge area. The bk Robotic Shop then dispenses the desired products within a few seconds. Age verification is covered if necessary. Thanks to dispensing in a separate dispensing chute, the food is always safe.
The diverse range includes a mix of to-go products such as sandwiches, snacks, smoothies and various beverages, as well as food.
In addition to convenience for users, the bk Robotic Shop also offers an efficient solution for operators thanks to its fully automated warehouse, fast order picking and real-time inventory.

The Space Station
The Space Station is bk World GmbH’s all-round supply solution for a wide variety of spaces. Whether at a train station, airport, petrol station, charging park or shopping centre; stand-alone or built-in – with the Space Station, space operators can provide a 24/7 sales offering that is perfectly tailored to them and the needs of their visitors.
In addition to the bk Robotic Shop, a pizza vending machine, a coffee machine or various other vending machine solutions can also be integrated into the space.
Filling the vending machines, cleaning the lounge and providing technical service are handled by bk World’s permanent property managers.
