Robotic store provides a unique experience

Never seen before – the lounge in Sénas is the first bk World location to use a robotic solution for serving guests instead of refrigerators. Orders are placed conveniently via a touch terminal. The rest happens fully automatically: a robot arm searches for the desired product selection in the warehouse and places the order cleanly and contactlessly in the dispensing chute.

This is where intelligent technology and maximum convenience for users come together, as the robot can also be observed during the entire ordering process.
