bk World and Fastned Open First Joint Charging Lounge in France

The Yutz site near Thionville serves cross-border commuters to Luxembourg and holiday traffic on the A31.
At the beginning of June, bk World opened its first location in Endsee, Franconia, at the Supercharger charging park directly on the A7 near Rothenburg ob der Tauber. For two months now, drivers of electric cars have been experiencing a lounge there where they can spend their waiting time while charging.
A modern lounge, healthy food, soundproofed offices, a children’s corner with a games console, clean sanitary facilities, fair trade coffee and a green environment around the charging park turn waiting time into quality time.
For friends of the gastronomic experience, there is also a pizza vending machine in the outdoor area that dispenses freshly baked pizza and cool drinks in just four minutes.
In future, this experience will not only be reserved for visitors to Endsee.
Soon, bk World will open its next locations at Tesla charging stations. Building permit procedures or preliminary enquiries are already underway for seven locations in Germany and Austria.
The expansion of bk World will thus begin as planned before the end of 2022.

bk World has opened three further premium charging lounges in Belgium. The sites in Deerlijk, Drogenbos and Houffalize are open around the clock as of today, all three built together with Fastned.
