bk World customer enercity opens first charging lounge
Congratulatons to the energy supplier enercity on the opening of the first ‘easyGo Lounge’ at Hanover Airport. In addition to eight fast-charging points, the company offers airport guests a charging lounge from bk World that is accessible around the clock.
enercity creates comfort zone for e-mobility at the airport
Enercity wants to put customers at the centre of the charging infrastructure and focus on attractive, simple and needs-based charging infrastructure.
In addition to charging points in the car parks at Hanover Airport, enercity is therefore now launching a showcase project with the use of a bk World Lounge solution. From now on, passengers and visitors will be able to charge their e-vehicles with up to 400 kW and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere in the lounge. The energy supplier and airport are thus making a joint statement in favour of electromobility.
Feel-good oasis for enercity customers thanks to bk World
bk World developed and built the lounge for the enercity charging park in close consultation with the customer. In addition to adapting the lounge to the design and corporate identity of the energy supplier, the services offered in the lounge were also customised to enercity’s needs.
The bk World service team, which takes care of the daily cleaning of the lounge as well as the refilling and operation of all vending machines, also ensures that the lounge runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
A step in the right direction
Gerold Wolfarth, CEO of bk World, says: ‘Together with Hanover Airport, enercity is moving in exactly the right direction here and is incentivising the use of e-mobility solutions with this attractive lounge. We at bk World are delighted to be part of this kick-off and look forward to a good collaboration and everything that is to come!’
